Advice on T3 & T4 replacement

FT3 5.61 (3.1-6.8)

Folate 28.50 (8.83-60.8)

Ferritin 75.7 (>150)

Vit D 138 (75-200)

Currently taking

Levo 75mcg am

& Lio 10 mcg am &

5mcg Lio 5pm

Endo ok with these results ….

Last few month big increase in anxiety & poor memory & wondered if I had scope to increase my Lio & whether an increase might help this (I was hugely anxious before starting Lio in addition to Levo

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Last 5mcg dose T3 approx 8-12 hours before test?

Suggest you try splitting T3 as 3 x 5mcg doses

5mcg waking, 5mcg mid afternoon and 5mcg at bedtime

Retest in 6-8 weeks

If anything you might want tiny increase in levothyroxine

Ft4 is only 37% through range

Ft3 is 68% through range

Perhaps 100mcg twice week, 75mcg 5 days week
