May I request you to provide guidance on my fasting Thyroid blood test results please. I take 12.5 mg of T3 every morning before breakfast. My endocrinologist in London said you do not need any T3 hormones. And will suggest to take small dose of T4 instead as it is more stable hormone.

Do you have any free T4 and free T3 results? These are obv much more use than total T3 and total T4. But we can see that the "totals" are too low and TSH is too high, so you are currently under-medicated.
Your endo is partly right in that levo (T4 meds) are more stable - but that's not enough reason in itself to stop taking lio (T3 meds). Many of us take both! The thing is to take enough of what suits you best to get properly well
I am afraid I disagree with your Endocrinologist.
Levothyroxine gave me horrible severe palpitations so much so, that the Cardiologist was contemplating putting an 'implant' in my heart to 'see what was going on'. I had many overnight recordings taken a.
Just about that time T3 was added to a reduced T4 and I immediatley had some relief from the palpitations. I then took T3 only.
I am now prescribed T3 only and no longer have any clinical symptoms and it is due to being diagnosed as having a Polyander Autoimmune Disease No.3. as I have pernicious anaemia, vitiligo, hypothyroidism and alopecia.
I only recovered my health on T3 alone.
Some people have 'resistance' to levothyroxine and - in the past - were prescribed NDTs (natural dessicated thyroid hormones' - now withdrawn by the NHS.
Many Endocrinologists are not prescribing T3 due its exorbitant cost in the UK.
