If is helps I googled "Vit D & Vit K supplement for babies" which gave some offerings but I would question if this was even required if baby has received the Vit K injection at birth?
ps - I actually have had very little baby experience in recent years 😊
The Vit K given to babies at birth is Vit K1 - the form of Vit K that aids blood clotting. The form of Vit K advised to take when supplementing with Vit D is K2 and the main function of K2 is to direct calcium to bones and teeth and away from arteries and soft tissues.
Personally I have no knowledge of whether what applies to adults also applies to babies so I would be taking advice from someone experienced or qualified in this case.
Thank you. We’ve looked at quite a few products and they don’t seem to add K2.radd , you’re right a baby forum might be better, I just don’t belong to one!
