Need your advice!!
My daughter is 13 year old and is diagnosed with hypothyroid along with hasi's, her recent blood report are as below:
T3 5.12
T4- 12.79
TSH - 4.96
Iron 5.8
Hemoglobin 104
FSH 6.98
Ferritin - 4.45
She is low on iron / hemoglobin, currently on supplements but suffers from severe constipation and stomach aches, her periods are heavy and painful.
Are there any allopathy or homeo or other alternative medicine that can help alleviate the symptoms.
Kindly suggest.

Please add ranges on these results (figures in brackets after each result)
How much levothyroxine is your daughter taking
How long on this dose
Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Essential to test vitamin D, folate and B12 too

The tests were done first thing in the morning, around 8 am she was fasting.Currently on 25mcg of levo is been prescribed, she is on this dose since last 1 week
Vit d and b12 was not checked

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change
She will likely need further increase in levothyroxine over coming months
Typically dose is increased slowly upwards in 25mcg steps until TSH is around one
Low vitamins are extremely common when hypothyroid
There are lots of different iron supplements to try if current one doesn’t agree with her
It takes long time to improve low iron/ferritin
Constipation is also a hypothyroid symptom
Heavy periods are extremely common hypothyroid symptom too and should improve as she gets less hypothyroid

Confirms autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s
Has she had coeliac blood test done yet
Get coeliac blood test done BEFORE considering trial on strictly gluten free diet
