My latest medichecks test gave the following results:
TSH 1.57 (0.27-4.2) March 21 result: 1.63
FT3 4.3 (3.1-6.8) March result 3.82
FT4 13.2 (12-22) March result 13.3
Vit D 131 (50-20)
B12 164 (25.1-165)
Ferritin 94 (13-150)
Folate 8.4 (>2.9)
I’ve tried various supplements over the past couple of years including returning to HRT which makes me exhausted, DHEA which worked for a short time and then made me gain a lot of water, Metavive which made me more tired and puffy and Adrenavive which did the same. I used all of the supplements initially at half dose and then increased and also individually. I’m fairly convinced that I have central hypo but my nhs endo won’t entertain my last cortisol results. I’m considering using nutri adrenal extra and would be grateful for feedback from anyone who has used this with good results.

Many thanks pennyannie. Would you mind telling me what you were treating and how it helped, I don’t mind if you’d rather pm. Have you tried anything else as a comparison?
I saw it as an alternative to AdrenalMAX which did help me and couldn't find anything else as an alternative - so thought I'd try this - I do understand and appreciate all that you always write and say, and do take notice but felt at a loss at the time so thought I'd try it :
There are Solaray Adrenal caps which I also looked at but were out of stock.
What can I say... Personally nothing on this earth would persuade me to buy it. There must be other glandulars you could try. I can't see anything in that multi that is even likely to have any effect on your adrenals.
Ok then - thank you - I know, I tried Solaray before but then they were out of stock, and it just seemed easier dealing with the devil I thought I knew !!
