Red Led therapy mask

Im 40. I’m suffering from Hypothyroidism since I’m maybe 14 years old and take pill every day. I want to use led mask on my neck for anti aging. Does someone know if it safe for my problem ?

I doubt anyone here can positively state it is safe. There likely hasn't been sufficient research. But it's unlikely to be brighter than if you lie in the sun - though obviously it has a very different spectrum. (I guess it provides the red light without the ultra-violet you'd get from the sun. And also on dull, overcast days in the winter.)

There have been a few previous posts which might be relevant - though difficult to find as the search facility is so poor.
