Red/near Infrared light therapy

Just wondered if anyone has tried infrared or near infrared light treatment. I've seen a couple of articles claiming it has many benefits including helping the thyroid work and also reducing antibodies. I think there are infrared saunas and also lights available. I think the main use currently is for skin problems and some beauty salons seem to use it.

Most saunas as far infrared. But I've been reading a lot about near infrared recently. If you find out any more or find one and try it, please PM me or post again.

Thanks for your reply. I've had some good responses from other readers too with links to articles about the benefits well worth having a look at. I'll let you know if I try it out.

Yes I've had one for the past year or more. Certainly helps relaxing. Difficult to confirm any of the claims when I have many other things in my protocol. I dont have hashis or diagnosed thyroid condition although readings have varied in past 2+ years.

Suggest you consider for Xmas list at least!

Thank you for all the links and details. I'm going to have a good read through it all. From initial reading it sounds too good to be true.
