Confused vitamins, D vitamins and levothyroixine, which comes when?

Utterly confused now that I've thought about it all too much... This is what I'm taking now:

Levo 125 6-7am

Coffee one cup 8.30-9am

Vit b complex (super igneous) one

Vit b 12 single-under-the-tounge job

Vit d3 100ug

Magnesium 300g at dinner time

I'm just not sure when to take the b's and d's! Can I take them at the same time or do they have to be spaced out? How long do I need to leave after the levo, can I take anything with the coffee? I keep trying to space out then forget...

I'm feeling mostly much better. Still lots of aching legs and shoulder pain, and I'm bumping round with depression, brain fog and a general clumsyness that keeps coming and going.

Can't seem to talk to my partner about it, I think he's bored of hearing it all, but the fatigue gets me down at times.

Anyway generally things are better than this time last year!

GrowingVeg,

As a rule you can take vits together, but you need to leave a 4 hours gap between Levo and iron, calcium, Vit D.

You could take the B complex with breakfast (or lunch), VitB12 mid-morning (or mid-afternoon) away from anything, & VitD with the magnesium at dinner (VitD needs to be consumed with fat).

Great you are starting to feel better. My other half tends to switch off too 😆.

I thought if it was an under the tounge Vit D it didn't really matter when you took it as it won't interact with anything and its already in fat? Maybe this is where I'm going wrong? I still get confused with all this lol.

Hookie01, maybe that's where I'm going wrong too! 😆

I know VitB12 needs to be taken in the morning as can give some people quite a lift. And Vit D I take with lunch coz it is fat soluble and I multi-dose thyroid meds am & pm..

I don't know about fat when Vit D is taken under the tongue. Let's ask SeasideSusie

Are you taking a sublingual Vit D, only in your opening post you said B12 was sublingual.

Are you talking about sublingual lozenges or oral spray?

Do either of these actually contain fat?

From my reading the best absorbed Vit D supplement is an oil based softgel.

I was advised to leave 4 hrs after taking levothyoxine before taking anything else like vitamins which my doctor recommended taking at meal times. The aching limbs could be vit d however blood test should be done to ensure you take correct dose.
