How long have you been on increased dose (125mcg?)

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after changing dose or brand of levothyroxine

Did you have to change to Aristo recently?

If yes.....How is it?

Folate on low side

All others good

Was this test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Are you starting to feel some improvements?

Suggest you Retest again in another 3-4 months

I started 125mcg around start of May. Aristo was given as part of a repeat prescription. Although when this blood test was done I still had Mercury Pharma. Started Aristo a day or two after. Yes Bloods were done on a fast and no levo that morning.Ive noticed Improvements from around the start of this week. Dizziness still comes and goes but is less frequent now.

The TSH looks like its hit the floor, although the antibodies are way out 600 when max is 34

TSH likely to creep slowly upwards again over coming months

Thyroid antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease.

May reduce slightly now on higher dose levothyroxine

Often going strictly gluten free will very slowly reduce TPO antibodies

My last blood test NHS one it showed 8.3 around may 4th. However I have been very strict with taking Levo I now take it way before breakfast minimum 3 hour gap

No not on gluten free diet

Suggest you get coeliac blood test done and consider trialing it ......perhaps in 2-3 months time

Only change one thing at a time or can’t see what is helping most
