Selenium

Hi, can anyone tell me if taking Selenium will affect levo absorption or should I take it 4 hours apart? Finding it very difficult to fit all these vitamins in lol, especially as it says to take selenium on an empty stomach!

Nothing should be taken with Levo, no other medication, no supplements, for at least 2 hours.

What brand have you got? Does it say that on the pack? I've just checked a couple of brands online, one doesn't specify and one says take with a meal.

Hi Seasidesusie,

Its Cvetita Herbal, it states in the morning on an empty stomach.

Thanks for the clarification, 2 hours is easier than waiting 4 lol. I do get confused.
