The supplements should be ok to take but not at same time as thyroxine. Do you always leave a gap with food & supplements after taking? Taking it on empty stomach with only water?
Are these something your taken before or something you plan to try? What doses do you take?
rhodiola is thought to have many health benefits and is said to have low risk of side effects when good quality brand use & recommended dose not exceeded. Some people find it stimulating so avoid taking at night.
Lots of people find taking Magnesium at night helpful. There are many different types of magnesium which do you take?

“No interactions were found between Evening Primrose Oil and levothyroxine. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult your healthcare provider.”
I did ask my endocronologist is it was ok to take primrose, a B-complex, vit c, zinc, vit D, echinacea.
I also take sage for hot flushes. Is sage ok?
I take a tonic called zeta tonic ( They sell it in Italy). My GP told me to take it when I was really tired. I still take it from time to time and then I stop for a while.
Has anybody else taken anything like this?
I also take 1300 mg of primrose oil which I find is really good for my hormones and hair.
Vit C tablet with added vit D, zinc and echinacea
I also take sage for hot flushes
I’d appreciate any comments on the above supplements!
Hamster18,
No, all good. Rhodiola can be taken with meds but for safety sake I would take with oil of primrose 2 hours away from meds (in case of binding fillers), and magnesium needs 4 hours away from meds.
