Hi everyone. I started on NDT recently, and still increasing my dose weekly by 1/4 grain. I'm currently on 1 and 3/4 grain but still very much having hypo symptoms (brain fog, fatigue, ringing in my ears + the other usuals). I'm still planning on increasing my dose each week until I reach optimal.
However, since starting NDT it feels like everything is making me bloated. I'm already strictly gluten free, but I'm finding dairy, nuts, eggs and even herbal tea is making me so bloated. It's very hard for me to figure out what foods are the culprit. Are there any foods that typically cause issues? I've tried to read up online and read a blog from ThyroidUK but that was more to do with interactions.
