New thyroid bloods

Hi There

I followed all the protocols advised before these bloods and I do not take b vitamins.

I have come off armour 7 weeks ago. I am wanting to try and get optimal on levo and a seperate T3 if possible.

I have followed advice on here to get bloods just based on Levo before adding T3.

Any advice on how to move forward with these blood results.

Since I have come off amour I have missed two usual regular periods.

I wanted to tag administrator slow dragon in but can't work out how too.

TSH 2.08 R ( 0.27 - 4.20 mu/L)

T4 19.5 ( 9.00-26.00 pmol/L)

T3 3.0 ( 2.8 - 7.10 pmol/L)

Vit d 106

Serum b12 967 ( 191-630 ng L)

Serum folate 10.7 ( 3.30 - 19.30 ng/L)

Serum ferritin 110 ( 10 - 150 ugl)

It might be more helpful to SlowDragon & other members if you typed those results out as they are awfully scribbly & faint.

Franky those results show that you could increase your levo dose. On levo only folks often need TSH around 1. Your ft4 has room to increase too. This will then raise ft3.Once TSH is nearer to 1 then you can compare ft4 and ft3 to look at conversion.
