alpha lipoic acid and other supplements that interact with levo?

Hello.

I have for a long while taken ala, it has a range of benefits but i have just started levo and heard that it interferes with t4 to t3 conversion.

does anyone know if this means one should not take it at all or just leave a good time gap?

is there a comprehensive list of supplements that one should not take with levo?

I was advised to just ensure it was taken four hours away from meds. I only take a little in multi-sup mainly for its ability to reduce free radicals and oxidative stress as I have iron overload.
