Hi everyone
I want to approach my doctor who is really excellent, about changing my medication to be lactose free, as I have been doing great on completely dairy/gluten/and almost soy free diet, as my T3 is thybon but my current T4 northstar/accord isn't.
I have looked through the helpful list on Thyroid UK, but am still a little bit confused as to what is actually available, having looked also at info on what companies are available on nhs prescriptions.
I'm not keen to try Teva even though it may be ok, as has more fillers and e numbers that what I currently take, but wondered if anyone has made a switch to Eltroxin and found it better-a liquid lactose free option? I know its unique for everyone, but I think absorption is an issue for me, so wanted to try this before going for a dose increase.
Thanks in advance,
