Wow! What are the ranges? How much meds do you take? Do you not take any levo or lio? I’d be so sick with that tsh.
The very high TSH may be an artefact of the test owing to human antibody interference. I would ask for a test by a different method.

In humans, there can be in the blood, antibodies that may react with mouse, rabbit or sheep proteins, The TSH test you have had done is probably sensitive to one of these antibody proteins (usually mouse) and therefore is interfered with and gives a false high result. Other tests are not so sensitive so its important to get a TSH result by a different test.
