Not exactly sure best times to take my armour ndt I'm on 120mgs daily but I'm also on 10mgs prednisone 4VD tablets (prescribed by GP)and also 20mgs of fluoxetine sooo many meds that I don't want to interact on each of them any advice or tips greatly appreciated xx ps.i have been on armour for a number of years but not prednisone or VD tablets xxxxx

The best time to take Armour or any NDT or synthetic T4 is the earliest in the morning...at least an hour before food or coffee/tea or other caffeine beverage. At least an hour span between thyroid med and other meds is also recommended. I take my NDT when I get up for an early morning bathroom run and then go back to bed for another hour or two. Then I don't worry about having my first cup of coffee in the AM.
