The suggested dose varies but is usually around 350-450mg daily, yours is giving you a total of 195mg per daily serving of 3 capsules.

Thank you I wasnt quite sure can I not take 2 at one time do you think?

I don't know why they say divided doses, I take one magnesium capsule that is a lot stronger than the total of your three. If you want to be sure, contact the manufacturer.

in reply toSeasideSusie

I thought these were stronger i only wanted a one a or 2 at the most tablet never mind I'll check with them Thank You

in reply toSeasideSusie

I know it's not what you asked, and I'm only reporting to you my own experiences, but I have struggled for months now on citrate and bisglycinate unable to tolerate either, and found out that both will hoover up your stomach acid - so taking them with meals would be a no-no if you struggle with low stomach acid. I recently switched to rubbing magnesium chloride oil on my skin several times per day - bypasses digestion so a much more efficient route into the body and I am sleeping much better - in fact everything is better.

Thank you for replying maybe I will look into it
