You need both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested for autoimmune thyroid disease. About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies
FT4 is at lower end of range
Ferritin low. Ask GP for full iron panel test for anaemia
Folate too low, but not low enough for GP to prescribe
Ask for you own copy of the scan report. There are instances of doctors making comments regarding the size and health of the entire thyroid which are relevant but not passed on.
Have you been advised how often thee cysts should be monitored & if they intend to repeat blood test?
If your GP refuses a full thyroid function your may want to consider private testing.

Folate & Ferritin looks low. Doctors are satisfied if anywhere in range, they need to be optimal.
Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)
Or Thorne Basic B is another option that contain folate, but is large capsule
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
