I have transitioned from NDT back to levo. I have been increasing but depending on how I feel after a few hours (noticing within a couple of hours beginning to drop), feel awful) I am then adding T3 in order to see if I 'lift' or feel worse.
If I am lifting, this is indicating to me that I may need more Levo.
I am trying to eventually be on Levo only (again , depending on how I feel, because if bloods return that I am in normal range and feel dreadful, I will add T3 if GP won't give me a levo increase.
I am not due for bloods (G.P thinks I am on levo only) for about 6 weeks, my question is " In order to get a true reading of my bloods on levo only, how many days/weeks will I need to cease taking T3?
Many thanks.

I would be concerned that you are giving your body a constant state of imbalance. The body works best with T3 when on a steady dose taken each day around the same time or times. By adding T3 ad hoc your body won't know when to expect the hormones.
The problem is that the longer you add t3 on a now and then basis the longer you will feel awful. If you must go onto levo only you need to put your big pants on and go for it.
