TSH levo and IVF results need advice

Hello, i got my blood test results today regarding my thyroid. Any advice would be appreciated as i am very confused with what i should do.

I was put on levothyroxine 50 mcg and then during oestrogen stimulation on 75 mcg due to high TSH 2.7 mIU/L (prior to stimulation) during my IVF.

My TSH results after failed IVF and on 50 mcg levo and off oestrogen for a month was : 17/11- 0.1 mIU/L.

Last months results December 2020:

TSH 0.05 (0.27-4.2 mIU/L)

FT3 5.7 (4-6.8 pmol/L)

FT4 21.1 (12-22 pmol/L).

I was told by the admins here that these results were ideal for someone on levo. And i was actuAlly feeling good at the time.

However my endo stopped levo as i am going to start ivf again and was worried of hashimotos or graves.

I am off levothyroxine for a month! These are my results from last week testing:

14/01/2021 : TSH 0.4 (0.27-4.2 mIU/L)

FT3: 4.4 (4-6.8 pmol/L)

FT4: 15.2 (12-22 pmol/L)

TPO: negative

TSI: less than 9 (2-32)

I am slightly worried that both FT3 and FT4 seem to went down close to borderline and i have some symptoms like very constipated ( for 4 days and more) with weight gain for the last month (despite exercising).

The GP advised to not take anything.

Since its only a month that i am off levo i assume TSH will further increase and FT3 and FT4 will Go lower?

My concern is that i am starting ivf in 2 weeks and with quite high doses of oestrogen TSH will definitely increase.

Should i go back on levo? Would appreciate any advice.

I would listen to your doctors. Before I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid I had been pregnant and given birth! It was spotted after a blood test because I was very tired but thought it was being a new mum. Only got the test because my mum had it though. Took carbimazole for this then ten years later got pregnant again and continued with the medication throughout the pregnancy no problems. 4 years later got graves disease and now 20 years later have an underactive thyroid and on thyroxin. So my point is long winded apology... levels change all the time day to day so as long as you have regular blood tests you should be ok. Hope this puts your mind at rest. I am 65 now by the way and weight is a struggle but am finding the 5:2 diet suits me second week and lost 4 lb! So never give up! And tai chi is great for anxiety which is a well known thyroid symptom

Thank you so so much! I appreciate the reassurance and the kind words! My endo suggested to follow the TSH before and during IVF so i will be calm and if there are changes to act!
