Help with lab results appreciated ... and needed

Happy Solstice! I’m re posting my lab results, hoping someone can advise me. Should I up Levo? Should I take a stronger dosage of iron and vitamins? I was feeling better with upping Levo and changing brands, but I've been getting colds, then herpes and a cold again, non stop... Any advice? Thanks in advance. :)

I think the reason you didn't get any responses to your previous post is because it's rather confusing the way you have set out your results.

I'm not an expert on cold sores but I take a supplement by Solgar which has L-lysine, zinc and some other minerals and vits. I didn't know what L-lysine does so I read up on it and found that 500mg-1000mg a day can help with cold sores. If you don't already take a zinc and l-lysine perhaps you can give a try to see if there's any truth to it. As far as your Levo goes it looks like you have room for the next 25mcg increase. Vit D could be brought up a little. I take a supplement for Vit D/mk-7 vitamin k-2 in the winter because it hits rock bottom. I also take a b-complex with lower amounts of the vitamins as I find the super complexes make me feel unwell. My b-complex has a good amount of folate and B-12. Lastly, I take 50mg of yeast bound selenium. Happy Tidings ~~
