Is this a first abnormal result
Do you already have a thyroid diagnosis?
Are you already on levothyroxine?
Did you have bloods tested because having symptoms, if so what are main symptoms
Do you have any other test results?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
High thyroid antibodies result suggests autoimmune thyroid disease, also called Hashimoto’s
Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
Ask GP to test vitamin levels
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning
If on levothyroxine.........Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or thyroid antibodies or all relevant vitamins

If TPO or TG thyroid antibodies are high this is usually due to Hashimoto’s (commonly known in UK as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto’s. Low vitamin levels are particularly common with Hashimoto’s. Gluten intolerance is often a hidden issue to.

Thyroid function test
Serum TSH level 2.54 miu/L [0.27 - 4.2]
Serum urate level 449 umol/L [200.0 - 430.0]
Above high reference limit
The target for treating chronic gout is a uric
acid of < 360 umol/L.
Treating asymptomatic hyperuricaemia is not
always necessary. If you are in any doubt please
refer to a rheumatologist.
Please note new reference range and units
effective from 30/06/20
Not sure if they help.
other than that nothing has been tested.
thanks for answering.
