Are my TPO & TG results ok?

Hi everyone,

My TPO and TG results look good to me (below 60) but then they have added the “comment”.

My TSH, T4 and T3 were all fine and the comment was “euthyroid levels”.

I have no thyroid diagnoses but got it checked out due to how I have been feeling lately and some issues I’ve had for several years.

My take from this is that my thyroid is fine based on these results and that my antibodies are within range; I guess I’m just looking for reassurance that I am interpreting this correctly (this was a private test, so I’m not booked in with a GP to discuss them).

Please add actual results and ranges for TSH, Ft4 and Ft3

Was this test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

Yes antibodies are low, so Hashimoto’s is unlikely

However 20% of Hashimoto's patients never have raised antibodies

Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too....ask GP to do so
