i know Every One Is unique, plus i studied a lots of books about,so..please dont tell me the same things about dosages/individuals🤣.
HOWEVER...I AM JUST CURIOUS TO KNOW YOUR T4/T3 DOSAGE.
I took 18/76 for 8 weeks using ct3m and feeling enough good to have intense workout 3 times a week but FEELING so tired yet ESPECIALLY at morning.
My exam was
TSH 0.005
Ft4 14.8 12-22
Ft4 7.1 3.8-6.8
Rt3 0.70 0.50-0.95
NOTE I WAS TAKING MY FIRST DOSE 5H BEFORE TESTING AS USUAL🙂,so It Is pretty normal to have ft4 above range.
I am not hyper at all! Just hypo .
--------------
I tried to add Little t4 to see if i improve. +13mcg for 4 weeks now.
So...18/88. Maybe Little improvement and then WORSE.
So..i thought to increase t4 and decrease T3 to give a chance to my TSH to kick in and take a Better conversion from my t4..because I think to be a good t3 converter due to past exams before supplementation.
Are there some One using like levo 100 T3 10 ..?
Just curious...
My vitamins etc...are ok.

Why does other members dose protocols interest you when you state that you already understand that we are all different with different needs? I can only assume you are looking for some help.
If you are hypo you cannot physically become hyper but what you can become is overmedicated which causes hypo- like symptoms. There is a huge difference!
Your labs above, I quote -
Ft4 14.8 12-22
Ft4 7.1 3.8-6.8
I assume (from lab range) the 2nd result is for FT3 and not FT4
In which case you are overmedicated with T3 since your result is over range.
Too much T3 can start to have a converse effect - you feel overmedicated.
FT3 is the most important result.
Your high FT3 is suppressing your TSH which should be closer to 1
Using the above numbers your FT4 is only 28% through the reference range which means you are seriously undermedicated with levothyrixine(T4) this needs to be raised to close to 75% through the ref range by increasing your dose.
You say your dose is 18/76 which I assume must be 76mcg levothyroxine (T4) with 18mcg liothyronine (T3)
No wonder you feel tired! Who suggested that dose?
Since 50mcg is a starter dose of levo/T4,, and given your labs, you clearly need to increase from 76mcg to 100mcg. This increase will generate more T3 through conversion so by remaining on18mcg T3 your FT3 result will rise further out of range....and you will feel worse! Re-test after 6 weeks and adjust dose as might be necessary
You say -
"NOTE I WAS TAKING MY FIRST DOSE 5H BEFORE TESTING AS USUAL🙂,so It Is pretty normal to have ft4 above range."
You are confused, it is your FT3 that is over range not your FT4!
See my explanation above.
I'm not sure you need T3....just more T4!
In your shoes I would drop the T3, take 100mcg levo/T4 wait 6 weeks and retest.
I might also suggest that intense workouts three times a week with those labs is too much, you are stressing your body and feeling the consequences.
You are not alone in struggling to find the right T4/ T3 dose for you, but you need to keep a close eye on your labs and make sure you do not confuse FT4 and FT3!
Also, I might add that by not revealing your past experience with thyroid medication it is more difficult for members to advise....posts are anonymous!
I'm not a medic but I have had the experience of a long, bumpy thyroid journey to reach recovery from a complex thyroid problem using the last resort of T3-only!
Yes there are some dosing 100 levo and 10 lio. There are some dosing 75 levo and 10 lio. Others dosing 112 levo and 10lio.others dosing 112 and 15 lio.
I have been on doses of levo from 50mcg to 125 mcg in combo with lio doses from 10 mcg to 20mcg. The thing is to adjust slowly one thing at a time. Wait 8 weeks then do bloods. Then adjust again till you feel reasonable then wait and see how it stabilises long term.
The ct3m method must only be used if you have low cortisol. This is clearly stated in the methodology. Don't know if you tested cortisol levels prior to trying it.
