Hi again and thank you in advance for your insight to my problem!
I have had a burning skin sensation on top of my ONE foot mainly for a few months now along with touch sensitivity EVERY WHERE and for the life of me I cannot figure out if this is thyroid related or PSA or both. I have a doctor appointment next week and requested another AC1 test had one done last year and it was normal.
I constantly feel like I have a sunburn without a rash or obviously sunburn that affects my whole body but its more constant and painful on top of my one foot.
Does anyone have any idea what this is or can it be related to my thyroid?

It sounds like some kind of neuropathy (nerve pain), so could be something like diabetes or B12 deficiency. Or just plain old poor circulation to that foot because of varicose veins etc.
I don’t believe it’s diabetes but I can’t say for sure until I have the AC1 test and I take B12 recommended here but Im not faithful in taking it and definitely don’t have varicose veins. I had this over a year ago but was told I had shingles and put on 3 weeks worth of Valtrex (didn’t work) eventually the burning went away and I haven’t given it much thought until now because the burning sensation is just increasing. Im also scheduled for thyroid test minus FT3 endos don’t see the need.. sigh!
Folate? The b12 you do have cannot work without good levels of folate, which should ideally be in the top quarter of the range. My previously low b12 levels were skewed by supplements, and was over 2000 before I started daily b12 injections. After deteriorating fast, I started daily b12 injections. 4 days later all my intense buzzing/tingling numbness in feet and fingers mostly stopped. I've had the burning sore feeling on the top of my foot in the past, and couldn't bear anything touching it, even a sheet it was horrible.
Best of luck, I hope you find out what is causing it. I would be amazed if my mum didn't die from her b12 deficiency, we were both diagnosed with MS, and 2 other relatives have also had MS tests, there's also b12 deficiency elsewhere in the family. Both conditions have the same symptoms, my GP was sadly no help at all, saying that all I needed was tablets, there's a serious lack of b12 knowledge out there.
When people post about the feeling of burning, especially of feet, I quite often post this link.
It is getting on a bit but nonetheless it does give an overview of the causes of burning feet. And I have not seen a more recent article which I could use instead.
It might indicate the possibility - but it isn't always an increase that is needed! Sometimes a reduction, or an alteration to the balance (if taking T4 and T3 in any form).
Ive been working out past few weeks (not hard) but still exercising more then I had in past 4 years (due to psoriatic arthritis). Do you think exercise can cause this?
Im not sure exercise could produce this burning since I had the exact same issue over a year ago and at that time because of PSA being hideous exercise or walking was not possible.
