This is a little sparse for a blood test I'm afraid. The B12 is still too low. Ferritin is not disastrous, but definitely on the low side. A full iron panel would be more helpful. Would've also been useful to see t3, tsh, folate and vitamin d in there too. Also some other checks e.g. adrenals or liver checks that could shed some light on your previous slightly odd thyroid results (high TSH and high t3).
Low B12 is bad if you've recently had a baby - it is linked to post natal depression. Neurological conditions can be prevented if you have good B12 levels. As you've got serious absorption difficulties you may be able to persuade your GP for injections. Check out the PA Health Unlocked forum for advice on post partum B12 deficiency issues and symptoms.
