Thyroid blood results

Hi my blood results are back, could someone please let me know the best way forward.... I requested vitamins too ( added them in the blood form ) but they were not tested for some reason.

Free T4 16 ( 9-22 )

Tsh 0.05 ( 0.55-4.78)

Free T3 8.2. (3.5-6.5 )

I take 2 3/4 of thyroid s split twice a day. My last dose before blood test was 11 hours.

Up until about a mont ago I felt great! I was maintaining my weight, sleeping great, general good. And then about a mo th a go I started to gain weight & sleep is broken. I don’t know if I need to increase or decrease meds.

Forme the Ft3 would be too high so I would decrease but that would also lower ft4 which might bring its own symptoms.

You could try lowering dose by quarter tablet.

Thanks I will give that a try, definitely don’t want to feel any worse.
