Latest bloods, returning symptoms, suggestions please

Hello all, been a while.

About 5 years ago I had very bad symptoms, at the time I was found to have Vit D of 7, and B12 of 15. My antibodies were elevated but all others bloods were in range. My GP wouldn't do anything other than initial doses of vit D, so I started to supplement D3 and B12 and went gluten free. The symptoms improved and I stopped sleeping 14 hours a day, although I was never back to my pre hashi self.

Then I started to get pain in my hands and I have been seeing a consultant for Rheumatoid Arthritis, while inflammatory markers were all low and within range, x-rays showed changes to my hands and I was prescribed Hydroxychloroquine, the swelling in my hands has now reduced as has the pain, although I do have problems with my hips and shoulders.

An ultrasound several years ago showed 9 nodules on my thyroid, I saw a Endo Consultant last year who said my TSH was normal and nothing was wrong, lots of people have nodules and elevated antibodies.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do next?

I'm not sure I have the energy to try and reason with my GP about trying a trial of Levo. I am back to sleeping 12+ hours a day, a 20 minute swim wipes me out for days, and the debilitating fatigue is back, I have had night sweats for 5+ years, but this has been checked and is not due to diabetes or menopause. Below is my latest panel of results via medicheck:

Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to respond. x

Looking at all your previous posts...TSH always very low ....think you are looking at a degree of central hypothyroidism alongside Hashimoto’s (quite common )

Email Dionne at Thyroid UK for list of recommend thyroid specialist endocrinologists who might (just might) acknowledge you need treatment ...

You need a pituitary and thyroid expert

Have you had MRI pituitary scan, or prolactin test or cortisol and DHEA test, or Dio2 test

Roughly where in the UK are you?

Thank you, I'm N London/S Essex. I've not had any of the scans or tests. I did wonder if it could be pituitary related.
