Can anyone recommend in a private message where to buy t3 i the uk I was given a website from someone on here where I ordered and paid through paypal and I never received the order, Have just asked paypal for a refund which I am going to receive

You cannot buy T3 in the UK without a prescription.
If anyone can recommend a supplier they will send you a private message.
As a precaution, you may wish to check with myself or another one of the Admin team to see if we have feedback on any recommendations you are sent, there are some known unscrupulous suppliers who are take orders and payment but don't deliver.
