Maybe someone asked the question here, it can take beta-block if you are on ndt? Recently I increasing my dose at 3,5 grain of Thai-ndt (split in 3 doses/day) but my puls and bp is high. My GP advised me to take Nebilovol but I didn't tell him I'm on ndt.

NDT and beta blocker
Hey there Hipolion
It sounds as though you have increased by a little too much NDT :
If necessary drop a dose or two, until your symptoms subside a little :
I'd suggest you drop backdown to the dose you were previously on and where you felt you had no uncomfortable, hyper symptoms, and stay on this lower dose for 6-8 weeks for it to bed in, see how you go on this lower dose, and see where your levels sit after 2 months.
You should be increasing NDT in 1/4 tablet doses weekly and if you feel no adverse effects slowly work your way up to 2 grains where you hold this dose for 6-8 weeks to allow it to bed in and then take a blood test to see if your T3 has improved from your initial bench mark results from before starting NDT.
If you feel ok, and your conversion has improved you then start building again from the 2 grains in 1/4 grain/tablet weekly increases.
It's important that your vitamins and minerals are maintained at optimal levels.
If with Hashimoto's do you recognise these symptoms ? I can't remember and risk loosing this thread by checking your back history, sorry, should have checked, but just jumped in, as I do !!!
Thank you for yr reply, I was on Nature-Throid(4gr) for several months but it was too light for me, seems NT it's not what it used to be. So, I swap on Thiroyd (I had an almost full box) but it's the exact opposite, it too strong for me. I started with 3 grains and for a few days I went up to 3,5gr. I tried to get down but my wrists ached terribly and I can't walk. Probably I increased the dose too fast, now I'm anxious, jittery and and I'm dizzy.
Ok, so you've changed dosage because of a change in brands :
Other than wait it out I don't know what to say - your symptoms are those of becoming hyper -
If this isn't an option and your symptoms too disturbing for you to wait it out - suggest you " own up " and tell your doctor the truth and take the beta blocker.
Whether he's " on board " with your self medicating or not, he has a duty of care and will help you ride out this phase while you reconsider your situation.
