Swollen lower right side stomach

My lower right side of my tummy is slightly swollen... really easily seen when lying down. I’ve had a lot of weird aches lately so went to GP who said my platelet count is a little high so got iron. Also my lymph nodes feel up in my neck and armpit! Am I right to freak out?! Otherwise I feel fine! Not tired... not bruised!

Sounds like glandular Fever. I got this and didn’t know I had it as symptoms mild. Because I didn’t rest 6 months later I collapsed and the ebv attacked my thyroid and I became hypothyroid. Ask your doctor to do bloods for

EBV.
