Hi, after many years of battle against hypothyroidism finally my TSH is low and free t3 is high with only levo(112 mcg at this time), iron and cod oil and weekly vitb12 shoots, i would know if my free T3 is much high over international standars, ´cause in my country ranges are a bit different. My last tests were:
TSH 0.01 uUI/ml 0.27-4.2
Ferritin 345 ng/ml 30-400
Free T3 5.07 pg/ml 2.0-4.4
Free t4 2.47 ng/dl 0.93-1.7
i´m worried if my t3 is at troublesome values ´cause is out of range for the lab where i took the tests, anyway i´m feeling great
Thanks!!!

You cannot judge by any other standard than the range you are given for your lab. The laboratory range is based on the normal population of that area and the method they use to do the testing.

It doesn't matter what anyone else's range is, it's the range that comes with your results that is important. Ranges vary from lab to lab so you can only use your lab's range with your results.
TSH 0.01 uUI/ml 0.27-4.2
Free T3 5.07 pg/ml 2.0-4.4
Free t4 2t47 ng/dl 0.93-1.7
When on Thyroid hormone replacement, the TSH test is not particularly useful, it's the FT4 and FT3 tests that tell us what we need to know. Both your FT4 and FT3 levels are quite a way over range and they tell us that you are overmedicated. It might be a good idea to reduce your Levo, say to 100mcg daily, and retest in 6-8 weeks.
Did you get your blood drawn at the very earliest and fasting (you can drink water)? Did you allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and the test and take it afterwards?
Depends when you took your t3 your only 1 point over, 4 hours after my 75mcg I am double the top range but it decreases quickly. I have no termites palps or any other sign of over medication. If you are way over 12 hours from last dose I would consider reducing but I wouldn't for 1 point if I felt great.
