I am starting to be a bit clueless as no antibodies either way ,TSHrab also negative, tested earlier. My functional doctor think ultrasound necessary to find the cause.

I would say that result is high enough to suggest Hashimoto's and very likely would show over range at some time, and because antibodies fluctuate it will also likely show lower in range at another time.
Also, when your FT4 has been below range with a normal TSH - as is shown for your two May tests, this can suggest Central Hypothyroidism where the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus rather than the thyroid.
I would say that your March test is showing a Hashi's hyper swing.
An ultrasound may well show up a problem and possibly confirm Hashi's.
That's why my functional doctor says he'd do ultrasound as my thyroid was very sore during the hyper phase and he think my TSH is a bit sluggish. Not the first time, had episode like this three years ago and took a bit for TSH to rise. So maybe it's a bit of both, autoimmunity and some sort of pituitary failure.
I thought that TPOab was just negative, didn't think it could be close enough to range it could indicate Hashimoto, that's good to know, hopefully I get the ultrasound so I can finally get over this, meaning proper diagnoses.
Exactly what Seaside Susie is saying. Looks like a hyper swing to me and back to hypo, ultrasound would help! Of course, then there is thyroiditis too, which can happen postpartum for example, you go high on hormones, and then low again.
