TSH < 0.01 *(---)-

Ft4 20.4 -(--*)- I think 21 is the upper range. Lab do not provide ranges as numbers.

Ft3 8.5 -(---)* upper range 6.5 or 7

TSHrab less than 1.5 /range 2.9

Serum iron 25 (9-34)

Ferritin 45 -(*--)-

Transf 2.1 -(*--)-

TrFeSat 0.50 -(---)*

Lab results match symptoms. On Feb I had TSH 0.04 and ft4 in midrange 15.3. Lab tests above taken 19.3. At the moment I feel far far better, maybe I now have the ideal ft3 and I am in happy place but for how long 😄

It's still unknown was it hashis hyperswing as no other antibodies tested but I was right and all nurses and docs wrong saying it isn't thyroid refusing to test me. Took me long time to get touch with my functional doctor who then made referral.

Recommend you get full Thyroid and vitamin testing privately

This would confirm Hashimoto’s

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies

You may need to get full Thyroid testing privately as NHS refuses to test TG antibodies if TPO antibodies are negative

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

For thyroid including antibodies and vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random

Come back with new post once you get results

Thanks. Yeah I will ask more antibody testing since TSHrab was negative.

I am seeing a doctor 29.4 but she isn't endo so I have to try to convince them to do all tests.

Been taking vit D and folic acid and eat high folate diet and I am on B12 injections.
