Lab Interpretation Please?

Test Lab taken on Mar 18 2020 12 hours fasting - Currently on 2 NDT grains.

T3 REVERSE, LC/MS/MS: 13 - Range: 8-25

T3, FREE (pg/mL): 4.2 Range: 2.3-4.2

T4, FREE (ng/dL): 1.0 Range: 0.8-1.8

THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES (IU/mL): 21 High Range: < OR = 1

THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES(IU/mL): 2 Range: <9

TSH (mIU/L): 0.71 Range: 0.40-4.50

Good afternoon. Can someone help with my Lab interpretation please?

I've been taking lot of stuffs trying to eradicate candida and Epstein Barr supposedly the culprits for altering my Thyroid numbers. It seems Labs look good but I still have mild symptoms. Can also someone tell me why I have high Thyrglobuling antibodies yet my thyroid peroxidase antibodies are good?

SYMPTOMS:

Low neck and shoulder muscle stiffness

Low to Mild Muscle weakness in general.

Still falling hair (Why if my numbers are good?)

Scalp numbness.

VITs & MEDs :

NDT 2 grains, Milk thistle, NAC, Vit C, turpentine (eventually). keto diet ( huge huge huge . I strongly recommend it).

ps: I am so happy because for the first time in almost 10 years I am seeing results. Everything just started after starting Keto. I really don't like diets. I hate them. I had tried AIP but this one is even better. I started rapidly losing weight and my symptoms just improved. And I think they are being reflected in my thyroid numbers. Nothing else had worked before. I wonder if I'll have to do Keto for the rest of my life to keep my numbers or what. Thoughts?
