I got my results back from medichecks and I have some results out of range such as vit D and my cholesterol 
I am still feeling unwell. Suffering with tiredness, coccyx pain and temperature flushes each day. I have a feeling my GP will not increase my thyroxine based on where my TSH is now. I have started vit D as per the guidance on this site (spray with K2) I also ordered magnesium and B12. Is there anything else I can do?

You need B Complex as a companion supplement to B12. However, your Active B12 is low, anything below 70 suggests testing for B12 deficiency according to Viapath at St Thomas' Hospital:

If you do have any then list them to discuss with your GP and ask for testing for B12 deficiency and Pernicious Anaemia. Do not take any B12 supplements or folic acid/folate/B Complex supplements before further testing of B12 as this will mask signs of B12 deficiency and skew results.
How much Vit D do you intend taking? For your current level, to reach the level recommended by the Vit D Council/Vit D Society (100-150nmol/L) the Vit D Council suggests taking 5,000iu D3 daily. Retest in 3 months. When you've reached the recommended level then adjust to a maintenance dose which can be found by trial and error, retesting twice a year to keep within the recommended range.

Thank you for looking at my results. I got a full womens blood test done with around 50tests as it was on offer.
I have a 3000iu spray or 5000iu tablets. I had only bought a B complex as I thought this covered B12.
My Ferritin was 75.4 (13-150) I also had high iron, UIBC and transferrin saturation. I will have to see my GP but I doubt they will help with any of these results.
Do my thyroid results seem ok? As in would those levels cause symptoms in your opinion?

Yes, the low FT3 is possibly cause symptoms. Your FT4 is 82% through range but your FT3 is only 11.08% through range.
However, optimising the nutrient levels is first priority as optimal levels are needed for thyroid hormone to work properly and good conversion to take place.
Your Ferritin is fine, recommended is half way through range and you are very close that.

Me. I do have blurred vision sometimes and the joint and bone pain so it makes sense.
Joint and bone pain could very well be low Vit D.
Have you had TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested?
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's.
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, with autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies

Suggest you retest thyroid and vitamins and antibodies at same time in 2-3 months after working on improving low vitamin levels

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Hashimoto's frequently affects the gut and leads to low stomach acid and then low vitamin levels
Low vitamin levels affect Thyroid hormone working
Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten intolerance. Second most common is lactose intolerance
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find strictly gluten free diet reduces symptoms, sometimes significantly. Either due to gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
While still eating high gluten diet ask GP for coeliac blood test first or buy test online for under £20, just to rule it out first
Assuming test is negative you can immediately go on strictly gluten free diet
(If test is positive you will need to remain on high gluten diet until endoscopy, maximum 6 weeks wait officially)
Trying strictly gluten free diet for 3-6 months
If no noticeable improvement, reintroduce gluten and see if symptoms get worse
