Blood results advice. ( following my Gut and lethargy probs post)

Following on from my post ‘Gut and lethargy problems’ ,

I have just received my blood results from Medichecks-

TSH. 0.24 mlu/L (0.27-4.2)

FT3 3.63 pmol/L (3.1-6.8)

FT4 18.8 pmol/L (12-22)

I would be so grateful if for any advice on above.

(I’m waiting to have a full vitamin blood test done by Medichecks. Will repost again when I get all results back. )

I didn’t see your previous post re gut health, though it’s something I’m a tad OCD about. Take a look at Chris Kresser’s advice which is free on his website.

I drink dairy kefir every day which improved my gut health & general wellbeing prior to starting thyroid hormones, though I had a high prebiotic wholefood (veggie) diet prior to this. Avoid processed foods & anything with chemicals in as much as possible. Clean food eating doesn’t have to be cranky, just avoid eating c***! Michael Mossley also has a gut health book which came out after Giulia Enders (???) book a few years ago. There’s enough information online to pick up without having to buy anything.
