Patrick Sullivan Jr. joins us and goes deep on magnesium. It’s a big one, don’t miss it.
Meet Loren Israelsen, she will talk regulations, testing, standardization protocols and efforts to bring greater safety to the industry. This is a big deal, the cause of so much confusion and concern, and she lays it all out on the table and really clarifies things.
We’ll also hear from Trina Felber. Wait till you hear what she does for skin and mouth/gum health, and how she uses clay to heal the body. It’s been a vital healing agent for centuries and it’s making a comeback in a big way.

OK, I haven't had time to watch it but hydrogen or heavy water seems to be something special. The H2O is still water but has an extra molecule in the hydrogen.
I knew I should have gone back to my notes as I had heard a discussion about it a few months ago. I remember it was discovered in earlier times in well water from the farming methods used then.
The interview with LeBaron, an enthusiastic young man, tells me there is still real science out there to be explored. He made me laugh and his excitement is contagious. Thanks, Rod.
Ha Ha, I thought it was great. One really significant part is when he talked about the hormone in your stomach when you are hungry and hear your stomach growling, Two things are happening; you are producing growth hormone and reducing inflammation. Hydrogen gas can also do this. I know he got very technical but all the biological or chemical actions that hydrogen can induce is really quite phenomenal. I guess you can just inhale it so easy to take.
So how does that work for people who have been diagnosed with SIBO I wonder? Isn’t that going to make them worse especially if they have hydrogen dominant SIBO? Maybe they will say fix the SIBO before doing this. What if you don’t know you have SIBO with hydrogen dominance. Just my thoughts.
I don't really know. In Sibo hydrogen is produced in the small intestine where it shouldn't be if I understand it correctly. If you inhale hydrogen that he talks about is so tiny it can cross the membranes of cells so I think they may not be related to the gas in your intestinal tract. And it has many effects in the cells.
I don't think it's ready for prime time. He said they've done about 60 studies and ieed sixty more and the methods for supplementing have certain problems; in cans or bottles the air space makes a problem. There are little clinics where you can breathe it from a tank (saturation is 1.6 ppm). You can buy tablets to put into water and then he says you can light it for fire so I doubt that is inviting. I think this is more for the future and finding the best way to use hydrogen.
The second interview with Patrick Sullivan discusses magnesium. They have a sustained release tablet. Almonds are a rich source but you need 400 rda. He also mentions getting amalgams removed. He had them removed and his hair loss stopped. IOMAT to find biologic dentist. He discusses probiotics with FOS and also methylation. Good one to watch.
Mr. Israelsen from Nature's Way went into the political aspect of supplements which was fraught with hostility and in the U.S. millions spoke up to keep supplements. The labels, the extent of what actually is a supplement, what it has to prove itself and all the calculations the law has to solidify in regulating the industry. A law was passed in 1994 and there is a lot of regulation surrounding the making of supplements.
