If it was me I'd reduce my Levo by 25mcg only, not 50mcg, and add 5mcg T3 to start with then 2 weeks later add the other 5mcg T3. Then retest 6-8 weeks after adding the second lot of 5mcg T3.

Your TSH is very likely to stay suppressed, taking T3 will do that.

However, Novothyral is a combination of Levo and T3 as you know, and you posted 2 days ago that you were going to start taking Novothyral.

Can you clarify exactly what you are going to take - Levo tablets plus T3 tablets or Novothyral.

Novothyral I'm going to take from tomorow consultant said take half of novothyral which will be 50 levethyroxine and 10 lithyronine sodium and will add 25 levethyroxine with it but I was taking 100 levethyroxine which was making my t4 high suppressing my tsh and t3 was low

I'm just thinking if it will be to much for me to take at once or shall I split my dose take 50 levethyroxine and 10 lithyronine sodium and in morning and take 25 levothyroxine at night

Most people take their Levo all in one dose, just a few split the dose, so just experiment and see what suits you best.

Digger031145 Novothyral is manufactured by Merck, who are not a licensed UK medicine supplier so it's unlikely to be available through the NHS.

Ive read all the posts you ve made over the past few days and I'm lost. (Blame brain fog).

I can see you had you op due to toxic goitre in 2017, and i replied to you a few days ago that you maybe werent giving the dose long enough, but now the rest is a bit woolly.

What are your most recent tests, and when were they done?

Are you under the NHS now, or in another country? (not that that should really matter, but we might be spouting irrelevant guidelines)
