I've just bought some Better You vit D spray - and thought people might be interested to know it's currently on offer at Boots - I paid £6 instead of £8.

Also, I've bought some liver pate - YUK!. What can I put with it please to disguise the taste? I had to resort to the last of the Christmas chocolates yesterday [Hotel Choc, so hoping no soy in there] - but don't think that's a good idea long-term!

Pop it into home-made soup at the end before you whizz ! I make my own pate so can choose flavouring - I love Juniper berries crushed.

Checking the ingredients of bought pate may encourage you to make it !!

I tried liver pate once and couldn't stand it. Yet I can happily eat lamb's liver which I do as a sort of stir-fry with lots of onions, peppers, other veggies and rice :)

I don't know enough to know. Until I posted this, I had never taken anything. But Seaside Susie and Grey Goose are very knowledgeable - if you check their posts to other people you will see what they say ...

You have asked this question in response to many other threads before. I suggested before that you start a new thread of your own and post your latest thyroid and vitamin results (including reference ranges) and say what medication/supplements you currently take, then members will be happy to help.

We can't suggest anything without knowing what you need.

Also, as you are in the US you may have different brands which we here in the UK (this is a UK based forum) have no knowledge of and not know whether brands we use are necessarily available to you. I do use some US brands but also some UK brands.
