I’ve learnt so much from this website but also from Izabella Wentz’s book ‘Hashimotos Protocol’. It was like being taken by the hand by a kind friend, as well as being super informative. The Thyroid Pharmacist link given by Slow Dragon takes you to her site. She gave me hope. X
I really learned a lot from Paul Robinson's book The Thyroid Patient's Manual.
A good if a little dated guide is “Thyroid for Dummies “ ,I found in a Library but copies are available online but get the UK edition.
Also a book by Dr Gordon Skinner ,and one by Dr Barry Durrant Peatfield.
All of dr Isabella Wentz books, and her documentary series called the thyroid secret.
Dr Amy Myers - 2 books
