Update on daughter No. 1 test results

Hi all. Have just received Medichecks results for one daughter and waiting for results for the other one. Results are as follows:-

TSH 3.18 mIU/L (0.27 - 4.2)

Free T4 19.1 pmol/L (12 - 22)

Free T4 6.61 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8)

TG Antibodies 452 kIU/L (less than 115)

TPO Antibodies 11.6 kIU/L (less than 34)

Ferritin 44.7 ug/L (13 - 150)

Folate 8.32 ug/L (more than 3.89)

Active B12 71.1 pmol/L (more than 37.5)

Vitamin D 45.6 nmol/L (50 - 175)

These results are almost identical to mine and initially I’d like my daughter to start a vitamin D3/K2 supplement. Could anyone recommend such a supplement which is suitable for vegans (i.e. no animal products, gelatin etc)? Thanks for reading.

Better you spray with vitamin K is good. Consider supplementing with selenium. Been found to help reverse thyroid dysfunction. Copper and magnesium too might be deficient. Get bio available forms for better absorption

There are no decent vegan vitamin D products, but if you are happy to use one made from sheep's wool, which does not involve killing the sheep, then almost any liquid or emulsion D3 would be fine. Only D2 is vegan, but it is ineffective
