Hello, I recently spoke to my endo about my elevated HR during exercise. When I jog a very slow mile, my HR jumps to 175/180bpm and I just can't sustain my jog. I work out regularly and am really not used to my body working SO hard. I take cytomel and tirosint. Which medication should I decrease to bring my HR down? I take 88mcg of Tirosint at night and 5mcg of cytomel at 6:30am and 3.75mcg of cytomel at 1:30pm.
My current labs are:
TSH: 0.231 (.45-4.5)
T4: 1.16 (0.82-1.77)
T3: 3.4 (2.0-4.4)
Please help!

I saw a heart specialist a couple of months ago as I was very worried about similar symptoms. I swapped running for spinning, as I found running elevated my HR the most. I took it easy for a few months as my Endo thought the elevation was due to a slight increase in Levo. I was given a beta blocker to help, but didn’t take to this. My HR is back to normal now, but I do keep a close check on my Fitbit!
