PMS and NDT

Hi. I have been on naturethoid for 3 months. I am now on 3 grains and tbh, I don't feel much difference. I am a little bit better mood wise, but that could be the vit D and K2 and B complex I'm taking. However, one thing has changed, it's my periods are all over the place! Has anyone experienced this? What does it mean? I'm going to try going back to levo and add synthetic t3 as if I have to increase my NDT it would just be too expensive. Thank you for any insights.
