My GP just checked my bloods (interestingly she said the lab would only check my T4 if my TSH was outside normal range). I stopped taking supplements, (Vit D, ferritin, magnesium) 1 week before, I took my last T4 24 hours before and my T3 9 hours before, but I, rather stupidly took my whole 10mcg dose at once rather than splitting it as I normally would. Blood was taken at 0800, no food or drink since previous evening. The blood tests were 3 pages long so I will just give those which I think are of interest or out of range
Red blood cell distribution width 11.2% CV (11.6-14)
T3 6.3 pmol/L (2.6-5.7)
TSH <0.03 (0.35-4.94)
T4 18.1 (9-19)
Vit D 97.5 (71-200)
ferritin 38 (15-200)
Thyroid peroxidase ABS 1.66 (0.0-5.9)
I feel good at the moment, best I have felt in years, starting T3 almost 6 months ago. Any comments/advice on my blood results would be very welcome if you can spare the time. As I said I did, unfortunately take all my T3 at once 9 hours before bloods , I guess next time I should split my dose as normal.
Thank you again for any help and best wishes.

FT3 is over range, indicating over medication if taking levothyroxine. If not taking levothyroxine then it indicates slight hyperthyroidism. If taking T3 it could be due to dose timing, someone more knowledgeable will comment I'm sure.
Red blood cell distribution is below range and ferritin is on the low side. Have you had a full iron panel? What was your folate and B12 result?
Look for tibc for iron. Greygoose says your timing of T3 before the test was fine so you are slightly over medicated and should probably reduce dose slightly to keep FT3 in range.
If you still have symptoms it's very likely a problem with iron or other vitamins. What about B12 and folate?
The only thing out of range is eosinophil count, below range. There's no iron listed. Folate looks OK. No B12 listed and since your ferritin is on the low side I'd ask for a full iron panel.
Taking 10 mcg T3 nine hours before the blood draw should not have any effect on the results. It's only a small dose and 9 hours is quite long enough to leave.
No, if you feel well on those doses, don't change anything. Your FT3 is only slightly over-range, I can't see any harm in that. Some people need their level slightly over-range.
