Hi Caz! Love how it says FTT (full thyroid test) when it isn’t. I’ll let the clever people on here reply as I am not well versed enough to comment, but I believe we are not seeing your T3 here, and this is what’s really important to see. You might need to get a private blood test done to see that result. You can order kits from blue horizon and medichecks. You then just need a blood draw (or finger prick but think the draw is better) which your Drs will probably do for you but they may charge!
Pity most medics don't have a clue about thyroid disease....that's why there are over 100,000 members on this forum!
Are you taking any replacement thyroid hormones or was that a diagnostic test?
Without FT3 it is impossible to make an accurate judgement about your thyroid health. Many of us have had to resort to private testing -

If you decide to do this then post the results with reference ranges (important) and members will advise.
You appear to be undermedicated and may benefit from the addition of Levothyroxine.
Your TA numbers don't suggest Hashi's
Good luck
BLUE33 - just went on to blue horizon and they have a discount code for 33% off using that code. I think the test you need is thyroid plus 11, but double check. It’s the one that tests TSH T4 and T3 plus B12 ferritin and Vit D. You need to take the bloods early as possible in the day. Others will post with more advice
Thank you . Think it’s the only way to get a FTT !!
Seems to be. I asked my Dr last week to test my T3 while they were taking bloods for something else and she wasn’t even sure it was something they could test for. I’ll find out when I call them lol
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
20% of Hashimoto's patients never have raised antibodies

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
