I posted my thyroid blood tests last week. Here are my other blood tests.
Serum ferritin level 422 ug/L [30.0 - 400.0]
Outside reference range
Serum vitamin B12 level 1089 ng/L [197.0 - 771.0]
Outside reference range
Serum folate level 4.9 ug/L [3.89 - 26.8]
Serum total 25-hydroxy vitamin D level 218 nmol/L [50.0 - 144.0]
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate 24 mm/h [< 20.0]
Outside reference range
I don’t feel great despite my thyroid blood test results being in a good place. I haven’t posted all my results as I had a great number of tests done. It does appear that I am experiencing acute renal failure ( renal function in June was top of the range!) so I’m now being investigated. The above results are causing my GP no concern at the moment. I’ve stopped my Vit D supplement.
Any thoughts regarding the above would be appreciated.

Your ferritin is high and that range is usually for a male which goes higher than the range for females.
Are you supplementing B12?
Your folate is too low, it should be at least half way through range.
If you stop your Vit D then retest in 3 months to check your level. You may need to restart at a maintenance dose at some point. When supplementing with D3 we also need it's important cofactors Vit K2-MK7 and magnesium, both have a role in how D3 is utilised.
Your ESR is over range at 24 and this is an inflammation marker although non-specific so no indication of where the inflammation is. High ferritin can also be a sign of inflammation.
If it was me I wouldn't bother with the K2 if I'm not taking D3. As for the magnesium, many of us are low in that anyway and testing is very unreliable, so depending on what form of magnesium you are taking you might want to continue it. I take magnesium citrate to help my stubborn bowels and also magnesium taurate for heart health, I would take those regardless.
I'm surprised that your GP hasn't questioned your over range B12 if you're not supplementing. I don't know enough about it to comment but you could read through this article and maybe discuss this with your GP:
I would also suggest discussing your raised ferritin and ESR as your GP could do further investigation into inflammation if necessary.
Although your folate is low, it's not below range so not classed as deficient so maybe GP wont do anything. I'm loath to suggest a B Complex as it would contain B12.
