Thai Thiroyd and Nature Throid combine ?

I'm now on 3,5 grain Thai Thiroyd and it is very difficult to cut the pill in half to get 1/2 grain. I use a good cutter but it still doesn't cut perfectly. I had one bottle(1grain) left from the time I was on NT.

1 grain NT pills can be cut very well in half and I wonder if I can't use them to have 1/2 gr. So in total, I would use it 3 gr. Thai ndt + 0,5 Nature-Throid, would change the dose very little.
