Pcos and thyroid

Hey sorry I know I’m being a annoying but I’m just trying to get my self better please look at my profile it’s been a whirl wind with wrong diagnosis to no help at all.

I had a scan for pcos which came back looked like pcos on the scan

Hormone levels of oestrogen was only raised so no diagnosis apparently the other was negative

I fit a lot of thyroid symptoms

But I did have a pet scan which showed inflamed lymph nodes

And inflamed Oesophagus though out

I’m so tired and sore my muscle move under my skin

My eyes I have prisms on my glasses

My vision is weird I can’t really explain it

I seem to not be able to find the right words lately which is embarrassing

Low blood pressure

Low b12 although it’s high now I self inject

Low iron Ferritin and vitamin d however I’m in high vitamins

I understand that my brain lesions can not be caused buy thyroid but it could be caused by b12

Anyone else have swallow issues and weak neck muscles

I’m just trying to fit in somewhere with my symptoms ❤️ so i can make a plan and feel me again

You need both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested
